The Tour de France, the most challenging cycle race in the world will come to Bourg St Maurice during the exciting mountain stages. Come & see the top cyclists as they battle to gain the coveted yellow jersey.

20th July - Arrive at Geneva in the early evening for a swift transfer to Tignes Les Boisses where a hot supper will be waiting

21st July - Stage 16 - Martigny to Bourg St Maurice - After a substantial breakfast, spend the morning in Tignes where many activities can be enjoyed including glacier skiing (additional charges apply to some activities). The Tour de France will arrive in Bourg St Maurice late afternoon, & our minibus will take you to a vantage point near the finish. Fit & sporty types may wish to use one of our mountain bikes to get there! Return to the chalet in time for a scrumptious 3 course dinner.

22nd July - Stage 17 - Bourg St Maurice to Le Grand-Bornand - Following breakfast, our transport will take you down to Bourg St Maurice to see the start of the Tour's most gruelling mountain stage. Our minibus will return you to Tignes, or (for an additional charge) take you for an exciting afternoon white-water rafting. In the evening return to Chalet Melezes for a 3 course dinner.

23rd July - Stage 18 - Annecy Time Trial - Wake to a hearty breakfast before our minibus takes you to see the race around Lake Annecy. Spend the day watching the racers, or exploring beautiful old Annecy, before we return you to Geneva airport for flights leaving after 20:00.

Chalet Hotel Les Melezes is located in beautiful Tignes Les Boisses, just 20 mins from Bourg St Maurice. The chalet has a comfortable lounge bar, dining room with spectacular mountain views, Hot tub & sauna, sun terrace, TV lounge with satellite TV, Wii, & free internet & WiFi.
